19th Century Antique Sussex Chair – Unusual Version.

A lovely antique Sussex armchair made in solid ash wood with an original seagrass woven seat. A more uncommon model having multiple stretchers under the seat and to the back rest. The arm supports extend up through the seat from the lower rail, in the classic Sussex style. In very good condition, all complete and strong. English and dating from around 1870. Perfect height for dining or desk work.
