This is a super quality Georgian style Gainsborough chair in excellent condition dating from the early 20th century, Regency revival period. The handsome chair has a wonderful colour to the carved solid mahogany frame which is in fine order throughout.

The chair is upholstered in an attractive variegated design fabric that is in superb, clean condition. This has a very elegant design with wide comfortable seat and has attractively carved detail to the frame which is solid and robust throughout.

The chair measures 94 cms high by 78 cms wide by 74 cms deep with the seat height being 46 c from the floor.
