Here we have the finest of Victorian Windsor Grandfather chairs c1860. As you can see the chair has great colour and patina. There is a broad top rail with lathe back which bends for lumbar support. There is a beatiful peirced central splat leading to a thick saddle shaped Elm seat with super grain and colour. There are well shaped Elm arms and perfectly executed turned arm supports. There are beautiful turned legs joined by an H stretcher. A super period chair of Elm and Fruitwood which is very comfortable and in great retail condition ready for your home. The dimenions are approx 110 cm high 57 cm wide 55 cm deep.
