Antique Victorian High Back Tub Armchair C1860 Wdb4925/7.7

Description

Antique victorian high back tub armchair and dating from around 1860. It has a deep padded buttoned backrest with scrolled arms and a stuff over seat with serpentine shaped mahogany skirt and stands on lovely turned mahogany legs on castors.

It has its original horsehair upholstery and recovered in a later pale pink velvet.

In very good condition (apart from a very slight 'pull' where the fabric has been studded to the seat skirt (but this could be rectified if required although not that noticeable in reality).

A lovely victorian armchair which measures: 41" high X seat height 16" X 31" deep X 28" wide
