English 19th Century Antique Ships Armchair

A fine example of an English antique ships armchair that features a wonderful, well cast revolving iron base that still retains the original bronze bolts and fittings to attach the chair to the ships deck / floor. Quality made in walnut that is in the original finish and the ships chair has a newly upholstered drop i seat pad. In excellent, original condition. Dates from around 1875.
