In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The whole chair is in good original condition. There are signs of wear and use and some small losses here and there but nothing untoward. There is an old repaired break in one of the rear leg supports. There is some wear on the leather straps but overall they are strong and sturdy.
