Antique Georgian Chippendale Oak Elbow Desk Chair C1780 Wdb4638/22.6

Description

Antique george 111 chippendale oak elbow or desk chair and dating from aorund 1780. It has a shaped and interlaced top rail above an interlaced central backsplat with shepherds crook armrests on shaped supports. It has a drop in seat pad covered in a later velvet fabric and it stands on squared legs joined by squared stretchers.

In very good condition with a lovely colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the georgian chippendale period.

Measures: 37" high X seat height 17" X 20" deep X 22" wide
