Description

A pair of French Louis XV carved beechwood fauteuils with ivory satin stuff over the upholstery, the show frame with floral and scroll carved decoration, on shaped slender cabriole legs.

Measuring

87 cm overall height x 64 cm overall width x 49 cm high to the seat (cushion)

Condition

Old repairs to the legs and signs of old woodworm activity, flight holes. These would have been cream painted when originally made now they are stripped to the wood. Woodworm treated and legs and feet sound
