Description

Lovely set eight antique george 111 country chairs made from solid pearwood and dating from aorund 1780. They have shaped sides and shaped top rail above a central backsplat with drop in seat pads covered in a satinised fabric (which could easily be recovered if wished) and they stands on squared slightly tapering legs.

In very good condition with a gorgeous grain to the fruitwood and with a deep colour and patination oozing the charm and character of the georgian country period.

Each chair measures: 34" high X 17" seat height X 17" deep X 18" wide
