Charming Antique Walnut Parcel Gilt Pier Glass

Description

This is a really charming good quality walnut Pier Glass with gilded highlights dating from the early 20th century circa 1900.

The characterful mirror is fashioned in the Queen Anne style and has a lovely rich nut brown colour to the walnut veneer. The mirror is in excellent condition and has interesting hand adzed back boards with antique paper labels and is carved with a galleon, the initials L.A. and “London 1716”

The mirror has its original glass plate in good order and measures 66 cms by 39 cms overall.
