Quality English 19th Century Antique Gainsborough Armchair

A handsome, large and ample sized early 19th century antique library armchair with lovely mahogany show wood. Traditionally upholstered and all in very good condition, this antique Gainsborough armchair has square, moulded front legs with swept out back legs. The reeded open arms feature carved floral motifs to the front arm supports. The mahogany is in the original, rich finish. A large and comfortable English antique upholstered Gainsborough armchair.
