Rare Primitive 18th Century Welsh Antique Stick Chair

This is such a wonderfuul rare and honest early Georgian antique stick armchair from Wales. In amazing condition, all very original, no replacement parts and the chair has a fabulous colour and natural patina. Primitively made in elm and ash woods, all very strong and correct. A sculptural early Welsh antique stick chair that features a single piece plank seat with a double rail upright back rest with shaped, flat arms and standing well on stick legs. A superb, rare example, not seen a better one available anywhere. Welsh and dating from around the early 1700's.
