Ebonised and Gilt Faux Bamboo Mirror

1900 - 1920
Description

Very decorative French ebonised and gilt faux bamboo mirror with original mercury mirror plate, circa 1920.

Nice condition throughout with some gentle age related marks and some minor foxing to the mirror glass.

This mirror can be hung "portrait" as shown or "landscape" and I have fitted hanging chain for both options.

Very decorative mirror and the ebonised finish with the gilt highlight is such a good contrast.

Measurements show the maximum frame size as well as the mirror glass itself.
