This is a fabulous, early Welsh antique Windsor chair, so honest with no replacement parts. Made mainly in ash woods with a single, thick oak arm and back rail. In amazing condition, all very solid and correct and a wonderful colour.
This Georgian Welsh antique Windsor has a shaped, stick back rest with a thicker, central upright stick and turned arm supports to the front. A superb example of a Welsh 18th century stick back Windsor armchair that is a decorative and sculptural beautiful thing to look at, as well as use.
