A Mid 19th Century Ash And Elm Windsor Elbow Chair

A mid 19th century ash and elm comb back Windsor elbow chair, the reeded steam-bent back with seven plain uprights and outswept arms with turned supports over a shaped elm seat, on turned baluster supports united by an H-stretcher. Stamped to the back of the seat S.M 24. English, probably Thames Valley, circa 1860.
 
Condition: Excellent, the chair is solid and robust, and is comfortable to sit in. The colour and patina are good.
