This nice and tidy overmantle or indeed wall mirror dates from the early part of the 1800s. It is a a little smaller than some examples and is as such a very neat size which can fit in almost anywhere. The parcel gilt is good as is the mirror glass, both have a little reassuring signs of wear but are totally as one might expect. The Rosewood is in particularly good condition, clean with good grain and colour. A good item at a sensible price of only £165.00
