Description

Fabulous quality large French late 19th century gilt overmantle mirror with bevelled mirror plate.

Very decorative mirror and being of a larger size, this could also work as a floor standing dressing mirror, also as intended as an overmantle or console mirror.

The mirror frame retains a lot of its original gold leaf finish so there is a wonderful golden glow and some areas of wear to the gilt through to the base tone. If you would rather these areas are touched up, please let me know and no problem to do for you to give a fully gilded finish.

Good condition and the bevelled mirror is in excellent condition.
