Description

An early nineteenth century set of country made solid elm dining chairs. The set comprises of 5 dining chairs and one carver The backs have a pierced splat and the solid seats are supported on square tapered legs with an h under-stretcher
The chairs are in good order for 220 year old chairs As with most antique elm chairs there are signs of dead woodworm in a couple of the chairs. This has been treated to put peoples mind at rest
