An unusual 19th Century mahogany and leather wheelchair. The whole re-upholstered in top quality hand dyed leather with brass studded detail. The wheels having steel rims and the hubs with brass caps with a smaller supporting wheel to the back. The deep buttoned back with down swept and scrolled arms which join the protective knee covers. The retractable sliding foot rest with further leather upholstery and again having brass studded detail. In very good condition. Dimensions:- Width…27.25’'/ 69cm. Depth…32’'/ 81.5cm. Height... 35’'/ 89cm. Seat height... 20’'/ 51cm.
