Dimensions:W: 123cm (48.4")H: 156cm (61.4")

Imposing 19th century French gilt Louis XV mirror in superb condition.

It dates from around 1880.

It has its beautiful original real gilt on gesso frame with a huge ornate crest. The gilt on this mirror is particularly stunning.

It also has its beautiful original very heavy glass also in excellent condition and it's pine backboards.

It would look superb as an overmantel mirror over a wide fireplace, as a freestanding leaner mirror or hanging on a large wall.
