Description

Late nineteenth century pair of French carved wood gilded winged armchairs.

They have their original gilding in good condition. There is wear to the gilding commensurate with their age. The carved wood is crisp and good quality.

The upholstery is in great structural order but the top covering has a few small holes to the outer arms and back of one of the chairs and the cushions are past their best Please examine the photos.
