Regency Figured Mahogany Desk Chair with Horseshoe Shaped Back

19th century
Description

Good Regency figured mahogany desk chair; with horseshoe shaped back.  The raised curved back rest with swept arms on scrolled arm supports.  The seat frame with reeded roundels to the front corners raised on turned tapering fluted legs and out swept reeded back legs.  Retaining their original brass, unusual shaped, cup castors.  Can be upholstered to clients specification.

French circa 1825

Good condition with excellent colour and patination in very well figured mahogany

Dimensions (ins) 32 high x 23 wide 22 deep; seat height 16.5 (un-upholstered)
