This Fine Quality 19th Century Figured Mahogany Victorian Antique Cheval Mirror dates from 1860. The tilting mirror is supported by two curved upright supports along with beautiful turnings. This sits above a figured serpentine shaped base with four scrolled legs and brass castors. The mahogany on this beautiful antique mirror has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
