Description

This is a stunning antique william 1v mahogany rocking chair and dating form aorund 1820. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a deep scrolled and upholstered backrest on shaped side supports leading to beautifully scrolled armrests. It has a drop in seat pad above a deep serpentine mahogany frieze and stands on turned mahogany legs on rockers.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the period.

Measures: 40" high X seat height 16" X 31" deep X 22" wide
