19th Century Antique Howard & Sons Library Armchair

This high quality English antique upholstered armchair is by Howard & Sons of London. A lovely mmodel having open arms in solid mahogany with matching square legs that finish in the original Howard & Sons brsss castors. The armchair has the original upholstery to the comfortable seat, arms and wing shaped back rest. In very good, solid condition, the antique mahogany is in the original finish, stamped by the maker and with two lines of numbers stamped ionto a back leg. This Howard antiqe library armchair is a good large, ample size and stands well.
