18th Century Welsh Primitive Antique Armchair

This Georgian Welsh antique armchair is in such amazing, honest condition. All the parts are original with no replacements. A low design of antique primitive chair for using in the large inglenook fireplaces. Made in alder wood with some ash and pine. In very good, solid condition, just a little wear to the front legs. This Welsh antique chair has a thick slab seat with a stick back rest and arm supports. The back rail is curved and the arms are straight. A good, original colour, a lovely honest Georgian antique primitive Welsh chair that has a sculptural quality.
