A pair of late 19th century French tub chairs in beech stained to simulate walnut, the curved backs with carved crest and padded panels and scrolling arms over stuffover seats with reeded seatrails and on reeded cabriole supports. Covered in a patterned yellow material. French circa 1900.
Condition: Overall very good, the chairs are solid and robust and good construction. The covers have some minor marks but are otherwise in good condition.
