The chair features a curved bar back, secured by wrap around arms, on shaped vertical supports.
The chair seat has been newly upholstered, to a professional standard, in top quality full grain sage green leather, which has been finished with hand-tacked studs to the seat perimeter. The underside of the seat has been webbed in the traditional manner. The chair rotates 360 degrees; the seat height can be adjusted by turning a ribbed metal screw on the underside of the chair. The chair also features a reclining action, the tension of which can be adjusted by turning the large wheel to the back of the mechanism. The chair mechanism has been cleaned and serviced and is in good working order. The chair sits on four splayed solid oak legs that terminate on replacement English made solid brass castors. The chair is very comfortable to sit on, has a fantastic colour and is in good condition.
