Description

A pair of late 19th century walnut armchairs in the Queen Anne taste with ogee stuffover backs to scroll arms and stuffover seats on carved cabriole supports with shell knees and scrolling backs on pad feet. English circa 1890.

Condition: Excellent. The chairs are robust and solid and very comfortable, and have just been recovered in a Linwood house linen.
