19th Century Morris & Co Antique Sussex Armchair

This is a lovely English Arts & Crafts antique carver dining chair or desk chair by William Morris around 1880. (Heals produced a very similar model a little later). In very good, solid and strong condition, this antique Sussex chair has a more unusual design to the back rest with a worn ebonised finish and has a newly, traditonally rushed seat. A super design.
