C19th French Leather Girondole

Description

A stunning 19th Century gilded leather wall mirror having a central pear shaped mirror panel surrounded by an ornate gilt frame decorated with fruit, grapes, pears, oranges, roses, and fig leafs. Twin candle sconces decorated with acanthus leaves.

Measures:

Height 110cm

Width 53cm.

Depth 20 cms

Condition

A few small losses to the leather fringe on the outer edge, the gilding is not original but is a good look.
