Antique Georgian Mahogany Side Elbow Desk Chair C1780 Wdb70/9.3

Description

Possible free delivery please enquire about this lovely antique george 111 mahogany desk/elbow chair and dating form aorund 1780. Constructed from solid mahogany it has a chamfered back rail with central vase shaped slatted back rest and with shaped shepherds crook armrests on shaped supports above a drop in seat pad covered in later (victorian) needlepoint. It stands on squared and tapering legs joined by squared stretchers.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the georgian period.

Measures: 35" high X seat height 17" X 22" deep X 24" wide
