A good Arts and Crafts period patented walnut swivel and sprung reclining desk chair from the workshops of W.Heywood Chair Co., Fitchburg, Massachusetts, U.S.A. The rectangular shaped back having a leather panel with conforming upholstered seat and all with brass studded detail. The height adjustable base having a sprung reclining action supported on 4 out swept legs. This good walnut desk chair retains it's original finish and has been re-upholstered in top quality leather and the whole is in very good useable condition.
