Victorian Mahogany Cheval Mirror with Original Mirror Glass

Description

Very good quality example of an early Victorian mahogany cheval mirror with its fabulous original mercury mirror plate.

Super quality and beautifully made, well carved frame and stands very well.

Made so the cheval mirror can free stand, so the full panelled back is polished and well finished.

The original mirror glass has that fabulous starry finish to it.

You can adjust the angel of the mirror to suit.

Measuring:

59” or 150cm high

29 1/2” or 75cm wide

23 1/4” or 59cm depth

43 1/4” or 110cm mirror glass height

19 1/4” or 49cm mirror glass width

Viewing here in Uppingham is very welcome in my spacious barn studio but also I have a showroom based within the Uppingham Antiques Centre, which is well worth a visit and have a good lunch in town too!
