Description

Beautiful pair of French late c19th gilt oval mirrors in lovely condition and with original water gilding.

Very decorative pair and a lovely size. They would make a good pair of console table mirrors, but also being large enough to free hang on their own.

They could also work very well as a pair of bathroom mirrors too.

Although I have photographed them hanging "portrait" you could hang them "landscape."

Both mirrors have had a replacement glass so they are both in perfect condition.

The frames do have signs of age, but nothing out of the ordinary and I would say they have aged gracefully.

I have fitted replacement hanging chains to the mirrors, so they are ready to hang.
