1900. It has a curved back with spindle uprights and two out-swept arms. It has the most spectacular figured Elm Penny Seat and stands on four turned legs with H stretcher for added stability. This lovely antique chair comes with country charm, character and has aged to a warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
