Smart architecturally-inspired mahogany-framed pier or trumeau mirror with flat pilasters above full-length half-round columns to the margins with gilded elements and a shaped , scrolling pediment above a richly-figured inset panel or tympanum section . The base with a figured mahogany skirting-board panel of breakfront outline.
Good clear original mirror-plate and richly patinated mahogany frame .

Minor historic repairs to the veneered edge of the base area.
The reverse fitted with the original backboards.
A bold pier or hall mirror of architectural form in excellent original 'untouched ' condition.
