Super quality and very decorative 19th century French Empire period cheval or dressing mirror.Original mirror plate in good condition and also, original brass mounts throughout.There is a full width single drawer to the frieze which is oak lined and runs smoothly.Lovely piece and the mahogany has a fabulous pale tone and has polished very nicely.There would have originally been a pair of candle sconces which would have fitted into the shield brasses to the round columns, but these have been separated at some point.
