This is a superb example of a chair designed by Ford Maddox Brown for William Morris. It is so original, complete and in fabulous condition. A strong design, dates from around 1870, in th eperiod ebonised finish and with a lovely original rush seat. A decorative Arts & Crafts antique armchair.
