A superb antique william 1v high backed side or desk chair and dating from around 1820. It has a lovely deep shaped top rail above two central back splats with doqnswept scrolled armrests and a drop in seat pad in good condiiton but needs recovering (very easy to do) above a deep mahogany apron and stands on turned legs.

A lovely antique william 1v quality mahogany high backed chair in very good condition and oozes the charm and character of the period in which it was made and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 42" high X seat height 17" X 20" deep X 21" wide
