Antique early victorian mahogany dining chairs after hepplewhite and dating from around 1840. Constructed from solid quality mahogany and with vase shaped carved central back splats to the oval frame above a stuff over seat with serpentine shaped front and squared chamfered legs joined by squared stretchers. There are three chairs and one elbow chair with outsplayed shaped armrests with shaped chamfered front supports.

In lovely condition with the quality satin damask fabric to the seats and with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing the charm and character of the hepplewhite period.

Each chair measures: 38" high X seat height 17" X 21" deep X 22" wide.

Elbow chair measures: 39" high X seat height 17" X 21" deep X 22" wide
