Description

This is an elegant Regency revival bergere armchair dating from the late 19th Century. The inlaid mahogany frame has a good rich colour and is is delicately hand painted with harebells and garlands with a central cameo cartouche to the back. The attractive armchair has been recently reupholstered in this cotton damask fabric so is in lovely clean condition ready for use.

A most attractive, elegant chair to look at and very comfortable to sit in.

The measurements are 93 cms high 69 cms wide and 71 cms deep.

The seat is 40 cms from the floor 54 cms between the arms and 45 cms in depth.
