Georgian Antique Hoop Back Windsor Armchair

This 18th century elm and sycamore antique hoop back Windsor armchair is orginally from the West Country. Beautifully made and a wonderful colour. The Georgian country chair features a single piece, shaped elm seat with turned front legs and central stretcher, simple pole turned legs to the back. The chair is comfortable to sit in with a shaped hoop back rest and an arm rest that is made in three parts. All totally original and in excellent, strong condition. Dates from around 1780.
