A very high quality 19th century rectangular wall-hanging mirror. This beautiful Victorian mirror has a bold and simply designed frame comprised of a single facet of stunning honey-coloured bird's eye maple, within which is a gilt sight edge. There are signs on the back that it has been hung in landscape fashion previously, but it currently has fixings for being hung portrait fashion. This appealing wall mirror is English, c.1870s.
