An Attractive Windsor Armchair

A most attractive example of a Victorian Windsor armchair in elm and beech. The four turned legs are united by an H-stretcher and there is a spindle back surmounted by a gently curved top rail. It retains its original finish with a good deep colour, and is of sound structural condition. The seat height is approximately 43cms. This lovely kitchen chair is English, and it dates from c1880s.
