Very pretty pair of early c19th English Regency oval gilt mirrors with urns, garlands and ribbons.
Good decorative pair of mirrors and a lovely size.
There are some losses to the ribbon plaster moulding at the bottom of one mirror and also a very small loss to one garland which you can see in the detail photo. No great disaster, but I have reflected the damaged ribbon in the price for the pair of mirrors. Of course, if you would like the ribbon restoring, let me know and I can arrange this for you.
The bevelled mirror glass is original to both mirrors, some light foxing to both, but nothing major and in good condition for almost 200 years of age.
Original back boards to both mirrors. The mirrors have a suitable wire for hanging too.
Measuring:
27'''' or 69cm high
15 1/2'''' or 39.5cm wide
1'''' or 2.5cm deep
