Made around 1850 in the North country, each antique dining chair has a solid elm seat, well turned legs which are joined by a H stretcher and with a spindle back rest. Rare to find a true set of twelve antique dining chairs still together, a lovely touch is that each antqiue dining chairs is stamped by the maker with their initials. All twelve are in such good condition, no damage, all strong.
