Antique English Early Victorian Arm Chair in Mahogany (Circa 1840'S)

Description

Here we have for sale today this stunning early Victorian Arm Chair, ideal use as an easy chair, or desk chair.

Dating from around 1850 and all made in solid mahogany of large proportions.

Standing on turned front legs, with this solid bar back top rail, and having these wonderful down-swept Shepherd's crook type arms, with this drop in upholstered seat.

Having its original polish plus patina its a stunning rich mahogany colour (please see pictures)

Seat has been newly re-upholstered in this top quality Jim Dickens Apple Red fabric.

This chair is solid in all its joints, with NO woodworm.

Please note that this chair is in excellent condition, ready to use and requires no restoration.

All items for sale have been restored if restoration is required, unless otherwise stated. Upholstered items will have been re-upholstered, however if the fabric choice is not to taste, we offer a re-upholstery service in customers own fabric, or from our wide range of Linwood and Jim Dickens Fabric ( samples available )
