Set of Eight Chippendale Style Dining Chairs

Description

A fine quality 19th century, set of eight mahogany dining chairs including two arms. The interlaced vase shaped splats carved with leaf ornament and of excellent colour. The arms of the carvers are similarly carved and the square tapering legs are joined by 'H' stretchers. These fine chairs are almost indistinguishable from eighteenth century versions.

Freshly upholstered in a yellow/gold Gainsborough Silk fabric.
