Set of Six Victorian Walnut Antique Balloon Back Chairs

This Elegant Set of 6 Walnut Antique Balloon Back Dining Chairs dates from ca.1870 in the Victorian period. They each have moulded balloon backs with fine carvings and moulded edges, stand on splayed back legs and have cabriole front legs. This fine set of antique chairs have aged to a warm rich Walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.

Height: 89 cm / 35 inches

Width: 47 cm / 18.5 inches

Depth: 43 cm / 17 inches

Seat height: 46 cm / 18 inches
